Day 33 - Interview time!
Yesterday (Day 32) I had a phone interview with a great company. I was pleased that the interviewer had looked through my resume site (http://resume.bolora.com), went through my samples and read my "virtual" interview. I thought it was a great interview because he asked me very relevant questions and gave me detailed background on the job and thecompany. Among the questions I found three key questions to be very good:
How do you define an information architect?
When did you decide that you were an information architect?
Of all the jobs in your resume which one was your best?
I really liked these questions because they were good in defining me. It allowed me to express what I thought about what I do, how I came to do what I do and what I value in what I do.
On Tuesday I go up to Dallas to do a face to face interview and I am very excited about it. Perhaps tomorrow I will post something about preparing for an interview.
